Any cattle can
be placed on hold by Buyer with 30% non-refundable deposit.
Once cattle are available, the Buyer must pay balance due within 14
days.

All
cows with calves are available on the date their calf is weaned unless
Buyer purchases cow and calf and then both will be available immediately.

Once
a signed agreement has been executed and a deposit is paid, the cattle are
owned by the Buyer but cattle cannot be picked up until available date and
the entire balance in full is paid.

If
purchaser wants to buy a bred cow, the sales price of the cow will be
increased by $1,000.00

Buyer
may A-I (Artificially Inseminate) cattle during hold time (the time
between purchase date and available date) if total sales price has been
paid in full. All cost to A-I
will be responsibility of Buyer.

Seller
will pay all reasonable expenses (feed, hay, pasture, veterinarian, etc..)
to care for cattle during hold time.

A
Buyer may have his own certified veterinarian check the health of any
cattle after executing this agreement.
The 30% deposit will be refunded ONLY if the cattle are not bred as
BBD has listed or if veterinarian finds cattle to have a medical problem.

All
cost related to getting cattle from Seller’s location to Buyer’s
location will be the responsibility of Buyer.

All
cost related to transferring registration papers or registering any cattle
that have not previously been registered will be the responsibility of the
Buyer.

The
price of all recipient cows includes the price for the cow and the unborn
calf.

The
sire and dam listed on the list of recipient cows is for the unborn calf.
